This Easy Keto Pizza Dip is a quick, warm, and savory recipe you can feel good about indulging in with low carb bread sticks, pork rinds, or just a fork!

Pizza is such a beautiful, delicious, and addictive food. It’s one of my lifelong absolute favorites. But traditional pizza does not fit very well with a ketogenic diet.

In fact, it’s one of the main carby foods that tempts ketoers into falling off the low carb wagon.

The smell…the taste…even looking at it. I can’t deny it’s gorgeous! But if you indulge, your body will not be very happy with you.

That’s why I’m committed to showing you as many keto-friendly pizza alternatives as possible.

Of course we know that a traditional crust is loaded with carbs, gluten and other things that can make you feel overstuffed and bloated AND kick you out of ketosis.

The other, less mentioned, obstacle can be the tomato sauce. It’s obviously one of the greatest parts of any pizza, but check your labels! Many pizza sauces are loaded with sugar…and you don’t need all that.

And there’s hope!
